Description
Jeita Grotto is a natural wonder located in Jeita- Lebanon, just a few kilometers away from Beirut. It comprises of two interconnected limestone caves filled with stunning stalactites and stalagmites that were formed over thousands of years. Visitors can take a boat ride through the underground river and admire the breathtaking crystal clear waters. The grotto has also played a significant role in history, serving as a refuge for humans during war times.
